Session 01: Find the Story in Your Data
- Your spreadsheet contains more than numbers. It contains a story.
- Live Demo: Use AI to analyse spreadsheets and datasets, spot trends, uncover patterns and identify the insights that actually matter.
- Practical: Learn how to ask AI the right questions and turn raw numbers into clear, actionable insights ready to be visualised.
- You leave knowing what your data is really saying.
Session 02: Turn Reports into Visual Insights
- What if a 30-page report could become one powerful visual story?
- Live Demo: Use AI to analyse reports, articles and other documents, and extract the most important information that has the greatest potential for visual storytelling.
- Practical: Extract key insights that can build an Infographic.
- You leave knowing what deserves to be seen, not just what deserves to be read.
Session 03: Make AI Create the Infographic
- Great insights need a great presentation. This is where Master Prompts get into play.
- Live Demo: Write a Master Prompt that instructs AI on Information hierarchy, Layout, Design direction, Colour palette and other visual elements
- Practical: Create your first Visual Blueprint Prompt.
- You leave with the first draft of your Infographic.
Session 04: Edit and Polish the first draft into a Professional Infographic
- AI-generated infographics aren’t always perfect. They need editing to improve them.
- Live Demo: Practical techniques to review, edit and polish Infographics.
- Practical: Identify and correct mistakes made by AI in the first draft.
- You'll leave with a professional-grade Infographic.
